Validation of the Chinese Decent Work Scale

The purpose of the current study was to evaluate psychometric properties Chinese-language version Decent Work Scale (Duffy et al., 2017). An exploratory factor analysis conducted with a randomly selected proportion sample ( n = 291) and resulted in five factors: safe conditions, access healthcare, adequate compensation, time rest values match between organizations communities. A confirmatory performed remaining 390). We examined structure, convergent, discriminant, predictive validity. also tested invariance across gender work sector groups. Results demonstrated that bifactor structure English scale good fit data. Evidence supported validity scale. bi-factorial did not differ sectors. suggest is an appropriate measure decent among Chinese workers.
